How are you feeling today?

Let's take a moment to check in. How are you feeling today? Are there any symptoms that have  been bothering you lately? Have things been hard the past while? Do you feel like you need some extra support?

Just like going to get a physical check up at the doctor, checking in with your behavioral health is an important part of your overall health and well-being. Behavioral health includes your mental health, substance use, emotions and behaviors, coping mechanisms and more. Taking a mental health questionnaire is the quickest and easiest way to see if you or someone you care about needs support from a behavioral health professional.

How will taking a behavioral health questionnaire help me?

Taking a behavioral health/mental health questionnaire can help you check in with your current mental state and where you may need support. This can help you identify what kinds of mental health challenges you are experiencing, what next steps you can take to get help, and keep track of your mental and behavioral health over time.

What do my behavioral health questionnaire results mean?

A mental health questionnaire can help you figure out what symptoms you are experiencing may be connected to mental health conditions. These questionnaires are the same ones used by doctors, therapists, psychologists, amongst many other health professionals across the world. Mental Health professionals and researchers have put time and resources into creating mental health questionnaires to help identify your overall mental health state and any mental health issues you may have.

These questionnaires provide an opportunity for you to learn more about mental health, warning signs to look for, where to seek help, that it is ok to ask for help, and it is ok to not be ok.

The main goal is to learn where you are at in your mental health, and where you need support so you can feel better.
